The space
A stunning modern home in the heart of the prairies. Surrounded by native prairie grasses and the river lands. The house is located on the edge of the Qu’Appelle Valley.

Watch sunsets that light of the sky and stars like you have never seen them (try out the 8inch Schmidt–Cassegrain telescope). It’s a slice of a pristine prairie with modern conveniences - only 30 minutes from Regina.

Guest access
All 320 acres are open to you guests to unmotorized access. You’re able to hike through the hills and journey to the river. The entire property is your playground.

Enjoy a untouched and pristine night sky with the entirety of the milky way laid down at you feet. We have a 8 inch Schmidt–Cassegrain you can use to explore the cosmos.

The shed which contains the industrial equipment for the farm remains locked.

No snowmobiling or ATV activity is allowed outside of the yard site as we are trying to preserve a delicate prairie grassland.

Other things to note
There is limited access to the shopping and groceries as that you should bring more supplies with you. The kitchens are fully equipped for all utensils and some basic supplies as well.

Internally as hosts we have a policy for any guest who has no reviews we also request;

- home insurance policy information (incase of claims for large damage)
- photograph of ID
- employer information

As this is a luxury rental without much on-site supervision these items are requested for unvetted renters to minimize our risks of damage.
