Balgownie Place has stunning Ocean Views and is located in the heart of Durban North, close to the M4 highway and shopping districts.

This fully furnished house can accommodate a group of 6 Adults + 2 Children comfortably. Upstairs is the Main en-suite room ( with shower and bath ). The main bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, with a second room furnished with 2 single beds. Downstairs are two rooms, one furnished with a Double Bed and the other with a Queen size Bed. There is a separate toilet and bathroom with a very comfortable bath.

A TV room with an LED SMART TV to easily Log In to your Favourite Services for Uninterrupted Viewing. , main lounge, bar area and dining area which allow for plenty of down-time whilst on holiday!

Uncapped Wi-Fi Internet is available throughout the property. There is air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms and in the Living area for our hot summer days and nights!

Pets are welcome to visit. ( as long as they are house and pool trained! )

The entire property has electric fencing around the perimeter and there is a full alarm system with beams and inhouse passives. Trellidor security gates on all entrances as well as internally for sleeping areas.
