Far from the road built, far from the noise of the world, in the forest stands the White Mud House of Keresszeg. We preserved the old buildings: the house and the barn were rebuilt as a modern, comfortable, clean guest house. Living room with sofa bed, reading corner, kitchen, lounge table. Large double bed bed. Modern bathroom. The old barn became an apartment with a separate bathroom. Indoor patio, dining room set, BBQ grill.

The space
There is a 1 km dirt road leading to the house through the fields, and it is difficult to walk around in the rain. The house stands at the top of the hills, deep in the forest. It's a good 10-minute drive in the dry weather, but after the rain you can take an ATV to the house.

We love being here because we have found a new quality of life for us here. The rhythm of the landscape, the endless forests, the fields, the proximity of the wildlife, the richness of rural life.
Here, if we want, we can follow the blue tour for days, or just the wildlife strikes, thinking of nothing else, meeting no one else. Or we can visit the surrounding area from the Árpád-era churches to the local producers and small markets. We go to restaurants, exhibitions, sculptors, art colleges in the area. That's why we love this place: no matter how we arrive, we leave charged.
