Live like a local in this Toronto Victorian with newly updated kitchen, private patio and plenty of natural light. It even boasts an original stained glass window circa 1890 serving og heritage vibes. Located just off bustling Queen Street on a quiet one-way; this lovingly maintained second floor apartment has got it all, including free laundry, black out blinds, a TV (Netflix/Disney/Crave) and super reliable internet access. The sofa can be made into a queen size bed; sleeps 4 comfortably.

The space
A well-maintained century home with lots of charm and fresh updates. An eclectic mix of vintage finds, curated art and modern furnishings make this a one-of-a-kind hot spot that usually books up months in advance. A private patio surrounded by lush trees and urban views make this a perfect hang out for a couple, a couple of couples or even a few friends. Sleeps 4 comfortably; please do review the floor plan for details.

Newly added features include a 42" TV, microwave, 2 a/c units for hot summer days and 2 space heaters for those chilly winters too. The whole house is labour of love that's always evolving!

Where you’ll be

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

At one time Parkdale was the swanky part of town and is still filled with beautiful brick mansions (I lovingly refer to them as castles), most in some kind of dis-repair. When the highway went in circa 1955 it cut the neighbourhood off from the lake and its demographic changed considerably. Nowadays it's a mix of hipsters, monks and lower income families. It's fondly known as Little Tibet. Both Queen Street and Dundas are just a few short blocks away and are full of boutique shops, friendly restaurants and vibrant community life.
