The five stars are completely genuine. First, the location was excellent. About 1.5 miles from the falls area - easily accessible on the River Road or the Olympic Torch bike path. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the "tourist" area, but close enough to everything (grocery store, drug store, Subway Restaurant) to be convenient. The apartment itself was very clean (towels, sheets, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom) and more than spacious for my wife and myself. Most everything looked new and in good condition. Free wi-fi and Netflix (on the bedroom television) were available and easily accessed. The bed (full size) was comfortable, the pressure in the shower was great, and the kitchen was suitably stocked to prepare and serve our own meals with food we brought. Amenities included coffee packets for each of our four days, abundant creamer and several waters in the fridge, soap and shampoo in the shower, two large and two small towels (and washcloths). Another benefit was pushbutton code locks on the exterior door to the house and the door to our downstairs apartment - no key to lose!
Attila's communication was good. He confirmed the reservation, sent all the necessary info before our arrival (wi-fi code, door lock code, etc.), send a welcome when we checked in, then inquired the next day to make sure everything was in order. It was enough communication to be helpful, but not so much that it felt intrusive.
We brought our bicycles and found the distance just perfect to ride each day (once to the American side, once on the Canadian side and once down the Niagara Gorge Trail on the Canadian side).
We would highly recommend this stay to anyone desiring a restful, relaxing stay in Niagara Falls.
