Very nice, clean, private and quiet apartment. Off street parking and laundry were a great bonus. Jill was communicative and very helpful during my stay. And the cookies upon arrival were awesome ! TV and internet were fantastic. More channels than you could ever want and the internet was super fast and reliable.

We came to Jill's place as Hurricane Irma evacuees. Jill accepted a last minute reservation and truly saved us. It took us 15 hours from South Florida to get to her place. Jill was absolutely ah-mah-zing! She actually called me while we were on the road to ask what groceries we wanted for breakfast so she could have the kitchen stocked for us. She checked on us a few times to make sure we were ok or if we needed anything. She allowed us to check-in at anytime just leaving the key under the mat for us and turning down the beds because she knew we would be arriving exhausted. Throughout our stay Jill and Bert were incredible. They had books and arts and crafts for our kids and homemade chocolate chip cookies. Jill's place is perfect for a family of four. It's so beautiful and comfortable and walking distance from an amazing park and tons of restaurants. Kirkwood is really such a cute suburb with so much charm. We hope that the next time we visit Atlanta it won't be because we're evacuating a hurricane but we definitely will book with Jill during our next trip. We highly recommend Jill's place!!

Our stay at Jill and Bert’s beautiful apartment could not have been more comfortable. Not only is it very private space (as part of a larger home), it is appointed in such a way as to maximize guests’ comfort. The thoughtfulness is everywhere, down to coffee beans, grinder, sandwich maker, warm, delicious cookies on arrival, and attractive, comfortable furnishings, to name a few. We spent some very relaxing hours reading on the wrap porch, listening to the cicadas. We loved our stay, and knew that if we encountered any problem, no matter how small, Jill would take care of it in a heartbeat. She checked in via text to make sure we were comfortable, and provided a us with a degree of reassurance that we’ve never experienced in an Airbnb prior to our trip to the Kirkwood neighborhood in Atlanta. We certainly will return on our next visit to the area; perhaps our only disappointment was not getting to know Jill and Bert better while we were there. Maybe next time!

Jill was an amazing host and we really enjoyed staying in the apartment. On our first day, Jill gave us a walking tour of the neighborhood, which has a number of great restaurants (including a lovely coffee shop), public library, and a park. The house was well appointed - we had everything we needed for the month, and Jill and her husband Bert were right next door if we needed anything (EMAIL HIDDEN)fy bed, hot shower, fast internet...even delicious cookies and books for the kids! It was great to feel at home for a month during our move, and we're so thankful to have found Jill's listing.

Jill's home is stunning and perfect for us, the pictures don't do justice to the gorgeous property. Sunny, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped - we enjoyed our stay at Jill's lovely home. We were greeted cheerfully by Jill and her husband who gave us an informative tour of the home (Jill also baked the most amazing homemade chocolate chip cookies for us!). A folder with a welcome note, the wifi information and pamphlets on places nearby/things to do was waiting for us on the kitchen counter. Jill was very accommodating and always available on the phone - she even offered to take us to the DeKalb Farmer's Market - and had great tips and recommendations for us. Check-in and Check-out was easy and efficient. Both Jill and Bert are wonderful conversationalists and highly knowledgeable. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend booking Jill's apartment and home!

Jill and Bert are wonderful people and excellent hosts. Jill was very communicative and helpful to us with all manner of little things during our stay. The house is beautiful and historic and in a really great part of the city. So much is available locally and walking is wonderful in this neighborhood. It is also very peaceful and quiet and we really need that during our busy time in Atlanta. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and we especially loved the private outdoor spaces to eat and relax.

Jill is an exceptional human being. She will make you feel like a much appreciated guest and not someone she's never met before. I had the opportunity to stay for 6 weeks while working on a project. The area is lovely, the apartment is lovely and I really enjoyed my time there. It's a great place to stay. I loved the apartment. And did I mention Jill makes the best brownies and cookies?
