Welcome to Koi Story Cabin, a lakefront rustic retreat only 40 minutes away from Seattle. Located on gorgeous wooded hillside, it sits in the perfect spot to take in the serene views of the water and enjoy the peace and quiet of the non-motorized lake as well as nature and many of it's inhabitants. Watch squirrels, hummingbirds, ducks and koi fish right from your patio. A true nature lover's paradise!

The space
The cabin has a cozy mountain lodge design and beautiful ambient lighting. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has all basic cooking and dining supplies you may need for a family dinner. While you cook keep the kids busy and in sight by having them play at the train table nearby. Enjoy your meals together in a glass atrium, take it outside for an epic barbecue or make it a date and dine by the water to soak in the views. Bedrooms include a whimsical aspen built queen bed and a twin trundle bed. Sleep two more guests on the queen pull-out couch in the living room.

Cedar River Trail is only steps away from the cabin. Take a walk to Lake Wilderness Park or ride a bike as far as Renton if you desire! There are two shopping plazas within 10 minutes from the property with grocery stores, restaurants and a fitness center. A farmers market is within walking distance via trail on Saturdays. Foley's Produce nearby offers locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as raw honey and fresh milk. Your little ones will enjoy discovering hidden gnomes along the Gnome Trail that is just steps away from the cabin. You can get to the trail by foot (see map below) or drive and park in the parking lot adjacent to the trail. The trail is full of mythical creatures hidden among the trees and in the tree stumps.
