Jean-René offers a room in a quaint little house. The hosts are very ecological, growing many veggies and herbs in their multiple gardens and using solar panels. Their kitchen and living room is available for lodgers to use, and the atmosphere is very warm and authentic. The evening that we were there, we had interesting conversations while Jean-René played guitar wonderfully. And Jerôme might be able to update you on any TV show you might have missed during your trip, or recommend something to watch... he's seen it all!

Great place. Beautiful House. Awesome area. Everything you could ask for in a weekend away. The hike in Carleton-Sur-Mer cannot be missed. Thanks Jean-Rene :)

Booking Jean-Rene's place was one of the best decisions I made! He made us feel very welcomed to his cosy character house with his son Jerome and 4 cute dogs. The room was clean and comfortable with good wifi. He cooked us a lovely delicious dinner and also breakfast which we really appreciated. It's a shame we only stayed there for one night - if we knew how beautiful the town was we would have stayed longer! He also took us to the local micro brewery where we chatted over a drink. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and hospitality. It has been more than just a stop-over for us! I would definitely recommend Jean-Rene's place to all my friends.

Host, Paul, could not have been more hospitable. Warm greeting and made me feel right at home. Enjoyed visiting with him and the other guests. Eclectic, fun place to spend the night.

Much more than an accommodation: an experience. Jean-René works hard to make you feel at home, and he succeeds 100%. Along with his peer Paul, they have put in place a cosy ambiance and give you something irreplaceable: conversation and warmth. It was a very human experience, the one that airbnb founders probably dreamt when creating the company. Don't hesitate to try it if you have the chance to stop by beautiful Nouvelle. PS: We had a great dinner!!
