We are providing a self check-in service now to avoid direct contact with guests.
Steps are below:
➊ Confirm guests numbers before check-in. We do not allow unregistered guests BEFORE or AFTER check-in (penalty will be issued).
➋ Then guests will receive a【Self Check-in Instruction Video】2 days before check-in. Guests book the house less than 2 days, we will send you the message personally.
➌ Guests will be required to answer 1-2 questions that are related to the video to ensure that you watch the whole video.
➍ Test passed and you will have the front door password!

PENALTY FEES you need to know to help other guests enjoy the stay:
- unapproved extra guests fee $200 per person per day;
- unnotified commercial photo shoots and videos $2000/day (it is important to being ethical while building your brand);
- indoor smoking $500 (please smoke at the designated area);
- smoking weeds & gambling $1000;
- BBQ grill cleaning fee $100;
- BBQ tools missing, pay as store price+$50travel fee;
- dishwasher repair fee $100 if dishes and cups are not pre-rinsed (sometimes food will clog the drain);
- projector replacement fee $1000;
- late check-out will be charged $50;
- check-out later than 2 hours will be charged next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property;
- other extra cleaning fee like coaches cleaning, bedlinen cleaning, area rugs cleaning, unapproved pet’s fur and pee’s stains cleaning etc. may be applied specifically;

We do NOT provide hand towels in bathrooms (all were missing), use our tissues or your own towels. Only powder room PROVIDES disposable hand towels.

➌ We ONLY allow certain numbers of guests/visitors with prior permission. No unregistered guests and visitors. Last minute notification or bring extra guests, whether stay or not, will result in $1200 fine.
(1st time, message and phone call warning. Will give you 30 mins to respond the host and handle it. 2nd time we will be issuing $1200 fine and calling the security guys. If it is in the late night after we go to bed, we may not able to find it out right away. The charge will be applied without notify. )
➍ NO commercial photo shoots and videos without prior approval!
❺ NO vehicles park along the street. Find an alternative public parking area if the dirve way is full.
❻ Keep noise levels and shower use to a minimum after 11PM.
➐ More rules:
- NO pets without prior consent;
- NO firearms or fireworks without prior consent;
- NO access to the tree house and river side. Risk on your own;
- Follow the instruction to avoid any damage to the projector;
- Follow the instruction to use the BBQ grill;
- Outdoor shoes not inside, bring your own slippers or use ours;
- Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address;
- NO eating and drinking in couches and bedrooms. Extra cleaning fees will be charged;
- Sauna room is CLOSED permanently and not been listed on Airbnb;
- Few storage rooms or mechanic rooms are NOT accessible;
➑ All doors access to the indoor pool are locked. The key is stored in the wall mount locker. Who book the property will be responsible for the password. Please do not share the password with other guests, especially kids. Keep all doors closed when using the pool. LOCK all the indoor pool doors before you leave! Kids shall be always under watch when they are in the water.
- Common sense safety. Risk on your own;
- NO glassware & food, NO outdoor shoes in the pool room;
- NO diving and jumping;
- Dry your body before get into the kitchen, the tile floor is slippery when wet;
- Remove all floaties, noodles and toys from the water and place them back after using the pool;
- Door keys shall be in the lockbox all the time, do not forget to reset lockbox’s password;
➒ Guests are responsible for a basic cleaning the space before checkout (indoor & outdoor).
- Load and start the dishwasher. Pre-rinse the dishes and cups before putting into the dishwasher. Do not forget to take off the cleaner's cover. $100 repair fee may be charged if using the dishwasher improperly;
- Clean BBQ grill and tools, put them in original place; Put BBQ cover back;
- Clean patio tables, gather all foods and garbage;
- Empty the refrigerator;
- Turn off all lights, TV and projector;
- Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Please being environment friendly. If garbage bins are full, kindly put bags beside the bins;
➓ Check-out later than 2 hours will be charged next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property.
❾ We allow guests hire private chefs, caterers, yoga teachers or massagists. We will need the person's license, contact information and company information at least 7 days prior check-in.
➓ The house is located in an area of large natural green surroundings. Be mindful of natural animals and insects, like deers, raccoons, foxes, and wolves. No bears found as we are still in town. Always close outdoors, patio doors and window screens during summer time to provant mosquitoes, bees and other flying insects. We are working very hard on pest control and have a professional company maintain the house regularly.
