Welcome to our little piece of heaven in the heart of Enniskillen and on the banks of Lough Erne.

We consists of 4 newly purpose built Apartments located on the Sligo Road of Enniskillen. We are ideally situated to all large hotels and tourist attractions in Enniskillen and the surrounding areas.

Our philosophy is very simple and that is to make sure you have a very enjoyable stay.

The space
- An Open plan kitchen/dining/living area – space for guests to cook their own meals. Cooking basics like pots and pans included. Also refrigerator and Cooker/Hob
- All bowls, plates, cups, cutlery etc provided
- Large Private parking area adjastant to the property
- All ensuite accessed directly from the bedroom
- Accomodates children - travel cot available on request
- Pets are not permitted
- Long-term stays of 28 days or more allowed
- Ensuite includes Shower, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Handwash and toiletpaper.
- Bedroom includes Double bed, Bed essentials like Duvet, covers, Pillows & Sheets. Tablelamp.
- 32” Wall mounted TV in dining area
- Strictly NO SMOKING or the use of Candles in the Apartments
- Check-in after 4 pm on day of arrival
- Smoke alarm fitted and first aid kit available
-Any antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the premises immediately - No refunds will be given for any antisocial behaviour
