Come enjoy this spacious, relaxing, upstairs studio apartment. This above garage studio is connected to an amazing custom built home. The home sits nestled in a lot surrounded by beautiful trees. From the balcony take in the terraced backyard and quiet sounds of nature. This studio is right around the corner from UWF and is centrally located to West Florida Hospital, shopping, & restaurants. It is 30 minutes to beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes to Downtown Pensacola!

The space
The open floor plan and large windows make this studio feel welcoming and relaxing. A full kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals. The living room/bedroom space is spacious for reading or watching TV. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and cozy towels.

The private studio entrance is upstairs at the back of the home. Please take the steps on the right side of the home and up the back stairs.
A keypad code will be available to guests upon arrival.
