Perhaps the most charming location on the island close to White Beach, all developments including the building where the apartments are on one side of the street, with views of the lush greens of Mandala Spa.

The apartment is conveniently located on the street level of Greenpoint Residences, a 3-storey building. Spacious at 32 sqm, open plan space with a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom and queen size bed. Everything in the apartment has been tastefully selected with emphasis on comfort, style and universal appeal. WIFI speed up to 30 Mbps, TV connected to Netflix, making this ideal whether for short or long stay.

Only 3 minutes walk to Boracay's White Beach or to the main road for public transport to anywhere on the island. One of 2 studio apartments available in the building for short and long term rent.

Once a week usually mid stay, complimentary cleaning included for stays 7 days or longer. Staying less than a week, you may request cleaning for a fee at 600 PHP per session which takes about 2 to 3 hours long and should be booked at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability. Cleaning service can be availed everyday except for Tuesday, 9 AM to 11 and 1 PM to 3 PM slots are available.
