The apartment is conveniently located on the street level of Greenpoint Residences, a 3-storey building. Spacious at 32 sqm, open plan space with a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom and queen size bed. Everything in the apartment has been tastefully selected with emphasis on comfort, style and universal appeal. WIFI speed up to 30 Mbps, TV connected to Netflix, making this ideal whether for short or long stay.

Only 3 minutes walk to Boracay's White Beach or to the main road for public transport to anywhere on the island. One of 2 studio apartments available in the building for short and long term rent.

Cleaning service can be availed everyday except for Tuesday, 9 AM to 11 and 1 PM to 3 PM slots are available.
