The space

The living area features a plush sofa that sits opposite the Smart TV giving you access to complimentary Netflix with all of your favourite streaming shows – perfect for a movie night in.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need. There is a large fridge/freezer, a free-standing oven and cooktop, a microwave, coffee maker, a Magic Bullet blender for your morning smoothies and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

Sit up at the sleek stone breakfast bar for meals with four luxe leather stools or if you do not feel like cooking, there are countless of award-winning restaurants and cafes nearby along 4th Street and 17th Ave with a cuisine to suite every taste.

Wake up feeling refreshed in the elegant master bedroom that features a comfortable queen bed topped in soft, quality linen along with a large closet where you can unpack and make yourself right at home.

Slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors on a sunny day and let the outside in while you relax with your coffee and breakfast out on the private south facing balcony and take in the warm morning sun.

Get yourself ready to head out on the town in the sparkling bathroom with a relaxing full-size tub with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with quality essentials and fluffy white towels so you do not have to bring a thing.

Guests also have access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent so you can pack light and wash on the go.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment and private balcony as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee/tea and access to a washing machine and dryer with detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach.

If you are bringing along a car, there are a few options for parking available:

There is 24/7 free street parking close by along 1st Street or if you want to park in front of the building you can park from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM for a maximum of 2 hours – great for checking in and getting yourself sorted – then from 6 PM to 8:30 AM the parking is unlimited. There is also unlimited parking on Saturdays and Sundays.

Other things to note
• Our place is self-check-in and information will be given on the morning of your arrival
• Pets welcome for $10 per pet per day – please contact us if you would like to bring your pet
• Guests can hire baby gear for their family needs during their stay
• The property is located within a brand-new luxury development built in late 2020
• Please note that there is no A/C within the apartment however we do provide an oscillating pedestal fan to keep you comfortable in the summer.

I originally came from the land of “bunny hugs” (aka Saskatchewan) and have been living in Alberta since I was 4. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of customer service positions from being a dishwasher to an assistant store manager at a boutique store before discovering how fun it is to provide short-term rentals to avid travellers! I joined Airbnb for the adventure of it all and enjoy welcoming the diversity of people staying in our properties. I love to travel and see the world, hike in unfamiliar mountains, go on road trips with the family and be surrounded by nature. The places I have traveled to include Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, the U.S. and all over Canada including the Maritimes and BC -- from coast to coast -- and it has definitely been an adventure!
