The space

It has 1 queen bed with a 40 density mattress that supports weights above 100 kg, 1 single bed, 1 double sofa bed, dining table with 4 seats, pots, cutlery, plates, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove with gas oven, wardrobe, clothes rack, clothesline, bed linen (bedspreads on double and single beds, 1 double sheet, 1 single sheet, 3 blankets and 3 pillows. In the wardrobe to be used in the sofa bed: 1 sheet, 1 blanket and 1 pillow), 4 towels, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, hair dryer, electric shower, iron and ironing board, 3 ceiling fans, air conditioning, 2 TVs, one 32-inch and the other 40-inch (living room and bedroom, respectively) with Claro TV, as well as Wi-Fi.
For the sake of food safety with other guests, we leave no water, open food or condiments in the apartment. We leave guests free to purchase these products and prepare their own food.

Other things to note
No parties, animals, bathing suits on the building premises and elevators, extreme noise ( especially after 8 pm), drug use and prostitution are not allowed. Every guest must follow the rules of the condominium of the building whose doubts can be resolved with the gatekeepers of the building. In case of disobedience to the rules, guests may be removed from the apartment without financial loss to the host. The concierge works 24 hours.
Bed linen, as well as ironing iron, are found at the first door to the left of the wardrobe. The other doors are locked because they are for the use of the owner;
All bed linen and towels are changed and washed to each guest. The pillows and mattresses have waterproof covers that are also sanitized to each guest.
1 bath towel per person will be available, regardless of the number of days booked.
Bed linens, as well as towels, soaps and toilet paper, are extra pampering that we offer guests on their arrival, but it is important to note that we do not offer room service with the constant replacement and replacement of these pieces. Whoever wants and feels better can bring their own towels and linens, as well as soaps and more rolls of toilet paper.
For security, the gas click of the stove, which lies behind it, is always closed. To open the gas, simply rotate to an upright position. When checking out please leave it off;

B - Fires in flammable liquids such as gasoline, oils and solvents.
C - Fires in energized electrical equipment, such as motors and panels;
IMPORTANT: The building is constantly fumigated in its common areas and, in addition, the apartment has insecticidal baits under the refrigerator, kitchen cabinet and washing machine, behind the toilet and under the bed to prevent the proliferation of unwanted insects.
The apartment does not have a safe deposit box for storing objects and jewelry.
The building's dumpster is directly in front of the service elevator on all floors. Please do not accumulate or throw trash on the floor of the apartment;
As a result of problems with previous guests, I request that you do not modify the room furniture and the decorations of their respective places;
Please respect the scheduled check-in and check-out time for cleaning time.
The cleaning fee refers to the change of linens, towels, dust cleaning, cleaning of the apartment and washing and sanitizing of the bathroom. It does not include dishwashing, pots and pans and removal of food from dishes and sink, in addition to the disposal of garbage from the kitchen and bathroom. Please leave this part organized. If this determination is not followed, an extra cleaning fee of R$200.00 will be charged.
An additional fee per guest will be charged when the reservation is above 4 guests.
At the entrance of the building there is an area for washing the feet and legs of the sand of the beach( in doubt ask at the reception). Please do not sit on the couch, chairs and beds with the wet body of the beach and with sand.
Attention: The apartment is delivered in perfect condition and with all equipment also in perfect working order.
All physical damage caused to furniture, utensils, decoration objects, appliances, electronics and structural devices will be the guest's responsibility and will be charged financially through Airbnb.
In case of loss of the entrance key of the apartment, the key chain service will be the responsibility of the guest.
In case of confirmation of accommodation, we ask that you take care of this space with great affection so that we can receive other guests and also welcome them again with the same love and respect.
It is mandatory to inform the copies of guest IDs with the host so that they can comply with the security standards required by the condominium administrator, otherwise they will not be sent the rules, passwords, address and the accommodation cannot be completed. This information must be made no later than 24 hours before check in. If check-in is made on the day of reservation, it must be sent at the same time.
No matters related to the bureaucracy of the accommodation ( check-in, check-out, doubts) will be addressed and answered in the early hours of the morning, only during business hours in Brazil from Sunday to Sunday.
Guests in bathing suits, suitcases, and bags with purchases must go up through the service elevator, as determined by the condominium convention.
The maximum safety capacity of the elevators is 5 people. Please respect this standard to avoid serious accidents.
As we outsource the cleaning, we are not responsible for forgotten objects or clothes in the apartment. Take a look at everything carefully before checking out.
We do not accept the exchange of dates made after the check-in date.
In case of withdrawal, the amount paid will not serve as credits for reservations of other dates.
In case of delay in check-out without prior combination of at least 24 hours before, a daily rate plus 50% of a fine will be charged.
Important:
It is important that guests take care and care of young children in relation to the windows to prevent accidents due to the apartment being on the 3rd floor.
In accommodations above 15 nights, the owner may make inspections in the property with a date to be scheduled with the guest.
