As you park in the driveway, a sense of peace and calmness wash over you as the thoughts and worries from the city feel irrelevant.

The space
Located on a quiet, peaceful lake, this property has 2 buildings for your use. The first building houses two bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a fully stocked kitchen, living room & tv room.

The second building has a modern designed & finished third bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

The lakeside consists of a large, flat, grassy yard that leads you directly into the water. The lake is on a gradual decline.

Guest access
You can arrive here by car. This property is located off of Highway 620 on a quiet road. The town of Coe Hill is a 5-minute drive and there you will find the nearest lcbo, shops, cafes and more!

There is a 10-car driveway for groups and larger families.

For the go-getters, nearby activities include:

Other things to note
Peter Lake is a non-motorized lake. If you have motorized equipment, you can bring it & there is a boat launch 5 minutes away on Wollaston Lake.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we sanitize the lakehouse between stays. We do not provide linens & towels. We ask that guests provide their own beddings and towels for their stay. Bed sizes: King, Queen, Double 2x Singles Bunkbeds

Only dogs are allowed at this time. Please advise us of the breed at the time of booking.

Please note: There are stairs from the driveway down to the main cottage and bunkie. You can avoid the stairs by driving to the lower level, however please ensure that your vehicle is parked on the upper level driveway.

**Important** Guests are responsible for removing all of their garbage at the end of their stay. Garbage can be disposed of at our local dump. A dump pass is provided inside the cottage. Failure to dispose of ones garbage will result in a $150 additional cleaning fee. Failure to return the dump pass will result in a $50 replacement fee.

Please note: As can sometimes be expected, in rural Ontario, power outages may occur. It does not happen often but can happen due to weather conditions, etc. In such cases, we have a generator that will kick on for your continued use of power and facilities.

Sometimes there can be wildlife visiting the property, and sometimes they can leave droppings. We do our best to take care of the outdoor space and sometimes weather conditions or wildlife may have other plans!
We pride ourselves on keeping the interior in exceptional condition for our guests to enjoy their stay. Please consider that by choosing this property you are acknowledging that it is located in a rural part of Ontario and the exterior conditions may reflect this experience. We are visiting their home after all!
