This stylish, open, bright, colorful, and trendy loft hosts 1-3 ppl. & comes with extensive comforts including blackout powered blinds, 65 inch 4K SmartTV, smart lights & locks, Netflix, Crave, Sonos speakers, massager + tons more. Located in the super hip & trendy area of Toronto full of shops, parks, + amazing restaurants & nightlife.

The space
My bright and colorful 1 bedroom open concept loft is located in one of the best areas of the city, Parkdale - right in the heart of the very popular, super hip and exciting Queen West neighbourhood. Steps from the best bars, amazing restaurants, cafes, shops, liquor store and parks, yet situated half a block from Queen so it's nice and quiet.

DESIGN: The Loft is open concept design with super wide dark grey hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, exposed bricks, large windows and a skylight. There are tall 17-feet ceilings that make the space very bright, spacious and open.

AMENITIES: There is one bathroom (tub and shower), in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, 4K Smart TV, Espresso Maker, Hi-Speed WiFi, cable, Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, Sonos Speaker System in even corner of the loft, AppleTV, XBox + Kinect, and even an electronic foot massager after long days exploring the city!

HIGH-TECH: The loft if almost fully functional by asking smart assistants to do something for you, like turn on the lights, turn up the temperature, change the song, listen to the news, etc. A separate remote will be provided to control the blackout power blinds for all the windows, including the skylight if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness. You can also create colorful and creative lighting patterns with all of my lights as they are all part of the Phillips Hue family of digital lights. Each light can be changed to any colour that you wish, at any brightness or intensity you desire. I have many lighting theme presets created for all desires like movie watching, reading, waking up, relaxing or having drinks for example.

COMFORT: The bed is extremely comfortable with fresh soft linens and towels. I even have a foot massager available after long days exploring the city. Please let me know if this would be of interest to you!

BEDROOM: Incredibly comfy Euro Top Deluxe Queen bed that sleeps 2, and one really great large comfy couch (sleeps 1 very comfortably and 2 easily). I will provide linens for both the bed and couch, if needed.

ROOFTOP: There is a gorgeous rooftop patio with a BBQ where you can have dinner or relax under the sun.

GYM: I have my own little personal gym (bowflex weight system), chin up bar, yoga mat and exercise ball if you wish to work out at my place. Just please ask in advance so I can get these items prepared for you.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has everything you should ever need if you wish to cook in the Loft. There is a stove, microwave, convection oven, kettle, teapot, blender, pots/pans, wok, rice cooker, slow cooker, grill, and more.

COFFEE: I have an expresso and coffee machine

BATHROOM & LAUNDRY: Hair dryer, Iron, Ironing board, steamer, and cleaning supplies if needed. Bath linens and Toilet paper will be supplied.

LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS: The loft is also located steps away from public transit on the Queen Street Streetcar line that will take you right downtown in less than 15 minutes. Located seconds away from Queen street which has the best shopping in the city.

- 1-5 minute walk to the Drake Hotel, Gladstone Hotel, Beaver, Parts & Labour, Grand Electric, Stones Place, and dozens of amazing bars and restaurants
- 10 minute walk to Liberty Village (West Elm, Goodlife Fitness, Restaurants, etc)
- 4 minute walk to grocery store
- 20 second walk to liquor store
- 1 minute walk to beer store
- 15 minute walk to Roncesvalles village
- 4 minute walk to local parks
- 8 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Dundas West
- 20 minute walk to High Park or 5 minute jog to the lakeshore (for those that like running near the waterfront)
- Tons of amazing shops, bars, clubs and really amazing trendy restaurants nearby both on Queen Street West and Dundas Street West.

I have a lot of my own (and friends) random artwork on my walls. Please feel free to contribute and doodle on the chalkboard art wall! Just don't erase anything, please :)

Pets are negotiable. Just ask!

Please note that this is my home and I only rent out the space when away on vacation or for work. All of my belongings will remain neatly placed within the space but will make room for all your needs and comforts.

Other things to note
You're welcome to use my bike if you'd like to bike around the city. I have a helmet as well.

Unfortunately, I cannot allow any parties or gatherings to take place at the loft. Need to respect the neighbours.
