Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a view of St. Peter's Church, located at the heart of Old Town Riga.

Charming master bedroom and bathroom with an incredible view, open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and additional guest bed. Fully furnished, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven and washing machine.

Mins walking distance from restaurants, bars, Galerija Centrs and plenty of historical sites - perfect for couples and families!

The space
This is a one bedroom apartment with an additional guest single bed in the living room. The master bedroom and bathroom have an incredible view of St. Peter's Church.

The open plan living room has a big TV, fast wifi, large comfy sofa and 2 sofa chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, new oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge.

The bathroom has a large bath in it but the water pressure is not very strong. Please note that toilet paper (or anything else) cannot be thrown into the toilet as there is a risk of blocking the system. Guests also need to tap on the flushing button twice when flushing the toilet.

The heating in the apartment is self-regulated with a boiler in the master bedroom. Since recent spikes in gas prices, we recommend to keep heating on a minimum whilst it's still warm outside.

There is a closet and plenty of storage space in the corridor where guests can also find more amenities such as washing machine, iron, drying rack, hoover and so on.

Guest access
Walking is the most preferred way of getting around the Old Town.

There is paid parking available nearby but it is usually quite tricky to find a spot in the Old Town. More parking spaces are available opposite the river (a 5-10 min walk from the apartment).

Other things to note
The gas boiler in the master bedroom makes some noise so we recommend to bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Since the apartment is located above a restaurant/bar and right in the middle of the Old Town - you may hear some street noise and music with your windows open, especially on weekends.

The building isn't south facing so there is a lack of natural light in most rooms.
