This cozy boho chic apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a perfect getaway from the cacophony of the city life. The property is quite isolated surrounded by nature and stunning hill view.Kick back and relax at our apartment which has a functional kitchen, electric barbecue,board games, a common pool, indoor game area , restaurant, natural trek route and a seasonal waterfall (during monsoons).

The space
Our space offers a very calm and scenic view of the hills. It's located away from the hustle bustle of the city noise. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the birds chirping amidst the serene nature.
Let me take you through the property:
Our apartment is located in a secluded resort complex called Holiday Maiyaan Cloud Residency next to village dhamani. When you enter the gate we are the first building on the right. We have a self checkin system.
-The living room is spacious with an attached bathroom and a functional kitchenette with an induction stove, microwave, mini fridge and utensils for basic cooking. The sofa cum bed is very comfortable and big.
The bedroom is super cosy with a double bed and an attached bathroom.
-The patio runs across the living and bedroom and has the most breathtaking view. It has a bar table and bar stools and a coffee table and 2 chairs. We also have a swing(upto 80kgs) and an electric barbecue for an outdoor cooking session.
The house can comfortably accommodate friends or a family of 4 with all basic requirements fulfilled.

-Kothaligad (Peth fort) trek base is 20 mins away.
-Solanpada dam is 30 mins away.
- Horse riding classes 1 hour from property (more info on this once booked)

-ND's Film world is 1 hour away
-Nisarg dhaba ,Takave which is 20mins from the property.
-Saltt all day cafe, Saltt restaurant and bar is 40 mins away.
-Cococart Karjat is 40 mins away.
