Modern and central apartment with free parking, elevator, sun facing balcony and great view. Apartment is close to Nitelva river with nice hiking and jogging areas along the river.
Great location:
- 2 minutes walk to Lillestrøm train/bus station
- 10 minutes train ride to Oslo Central
- 10 minutes bus to Ahus Hospital
- 12 minutes train ride to Oslo airport
- 5 mins walk to many restaurants
- 2 minutes walk to Nova Spektrum
- 1 minute walk to grocery shops
- 1 minute walk to Gyms

The space
The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dinning area.

Sitting room- Large sofa that can be extended to a 150x200cm sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix, Coffee table and books.

Bedroom - High standard Queen size bed 160x200cm, large wardrobe and bedside light.

Bathroom has a shower, washing and drying machine, nice sink with mirror.

Extra bed linen and towels available.

Dining set for for 4 people.

Fully furnished kitchen with high standard appliances, coffee maker and variety of coffees . The apartment has suitable amenities needed for your comfortable stay whether for business trip or pleasure.

Other things to note
If guest parking on premises is fully booked, I will reserve another parking spot near the apartment block.
