Situated in a quiet back corner, this charming end unit offers excellent cross-ventilation and a spacious 105 sq ft lanai. Don’t miss out on this boutique-style building just one block from Waikiki’s luxury row and two blocks from the beach!

The space
Fully remodeled and located on a quieter street than most in Waikiki, this condo is just steps away from shops, restaurants, beaches, and beautiful parks. The spacious bedroom features a high-quality California King bed, an adjustable-height office desk, a walk-in closet, a stylish cabinet with drawers, and a 50-inch TV. The living area offers a leather queen sofa bed and a 55-inch TV with Roku for entertainment.

The kitchen boasts a large quartz countertop that doubles as a dining area, and the generous lanai is equipped with a three-chair table set, perfect for outdoor dining. Spectrum internet, electricity, water, and other essentials are all included. There is also a convenient shared laundry room on each floor, with machines that accept either coins or the PayRange app for easy payment.

There is a pool in the building. There are metered street parking spaces around the neighborhood but on a first come first served basis.

Other things to note
Please note that we do not provide daily or regular cleaning service. Guest(s) are expected to take care of the unit (clean) during the stay. Hygiene, cleaning supplies and basic needs at home (except food) are available, however we do not guarantee that they will last during the duration of the stay. Mailbox is not available. No more than the number of guests otherwise there is a $2,000 penalty.
