The space
The house is very comfortable (fireplace and wood-burning stove inside the house), spacious (large rooms connected with the deck and the outdoor area), excellent outdoor infrastructure (large deck with about 80 square meters), complete leisure (heated pool, whirlpool with 5 seats, parrilla-type barbecue, pizza oven), charming (decorated with art and interesting objects), and cozy (ventilated, illuminated, warm).

Dining room: designer table (Saarinen) in black granite with 6 seats (natural fiber chairs)
Deck: ample space with covered and uncovered area, mountain view, wide bench along its entire length, set with charming and comfortable furniture, tables, chairs, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers
Kitchen: wood-burning stove with oven, 5-burner gas stove, sink with large countertop and articulated faucet (gourmet type) with hot water, support countertop, large refrigerator with freezer and air-conditioned wine cellar for 13 bottles

Vivo is the only mobile operator that works satisfactorily.
The house's outlets are primarily 110 V, the 220 V outlets are located outside the house, are red and are identified.
The house is lovely, but it's not perfect:
• The house is located in the countryside, so internet, cell phone, TV and electricity instabilities may occur.
• It may be that the use of the brushcutter (noisy equipment for trimming pastures and lawns) by the neighbors coincides with your stay.
Pets are welcome!
• The property is fenced.
• If the pet is in the habit of climbing on the bed, bedding will not be offered. Guests must provide a sheet, pillowcase, duvet and blanket.
• If the pet is accustomed to climbing on the sofa, the guest must provide protection for the furniture.
• Pets must use the outside of the house to relieve themselves. Guests must collect pet waste and dispose of it in the “reject” trash.
• In case of rain, be careful with wet paws or mud on furniture, rugs, walls, etc.
