Our sunny apartment is located in downtown of Skopje having exceptional terrace with the view of the Bohemian neighborhood and breathtaking mountains. Within the walking distance you can find the best and most popular restaurants and bars, places where you can experience true Macedonian food and atmosphere, the City square, the City park, the real jewel of Skopje- the Old Turkish Bazaar etc. This sunny apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

PRIVATE PARKING IN A GARAGE for one car at reserved parking place in the neighborhood building can be provided upon additional request with extra charge of 10 EUR per day, regardless if you use the garage for 2 hours per day or 24 hours per day.

Parking outside in the area of Debarmaalo/ Center Municipality of Skopje is limited to maximum 2 hours (with parking ticket) after that time you will have to move the car to other location.

If you want to reserve rental of the parking place in a garage, you should request for booking via messages at Airbnb at least 3-4 days in advance, so I can confirm if the reserved parking place will be available for the required dates or not.

Long term renal are obliged to have cleaning of the apartment minimum ones every 10 days, when the cleaning lady will clean the apartment, change the bed sheets and towels. The guest/guests will have to cover the charge for the cleaning lady, paid directly to her. The cost is 1.200 MkD which is approximately 20 Eur
According to the rules and regulations of North Macedonia same as in the entire Europe every guest has to be registered at Ministry of Internal Affairs regardless if he/she is staying at the hotel, private accommodation or even visiting a friend. All guests will need to provide data for registration before their arrival.
