1 bedroom apartment with AC, communal pool and free WIFI. The south facing sunny terrace with pool view is perfect for alfresco dining or a pre-dinner drink before taking the 5 min stroll to Burriana Beach to sample one of its many restaurants. The centre of Nerja is a 10/15 min walk away.

Airport transfers and groceries on arrival can be arranged.

The space
This air conditioned apartment comprises of a light and airy lounge with flat screen TV with UK channels, well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a modern bathroom with walk in shower, and a bedroom with twin beds and juliet balcony. If you'd prefer the beds to be made up as one superking bed just let us know.

The lounge is dual aspect with a juliet balcony facing west and a terrace facing south with views over the communal pool and gardens. There is a retractable sun blind to provide shade when required.

There is a washing machine and a storage area for your beach things as you enter the apartment, before a short flight of stairs to the main living area.
