Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine of AU$200 or more by our local council or the local police station.

If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.

If you plan to bring your kid(s) along, please take note that this property has a balcony with a sliding door. You may still book at your own risk.

If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.

It was a very nice experience to live in Jared's place. Definitely worth to live in. The host is friendly that will reply her message within half hour. When we arrived, she didn't just give us the key and left instead she took us how to get to the apartment and explain everything to us including the building facilities. Very thoughtful to give us a guide. The apartment is tidy and clean. When we are inside the apartment, it got a vanilla smell and have music which is very nice. This apartment is the best one compared to those Airbnb apartments I lived before. Highly recommended to all of you :)

Nice place, bed could be more comfortable. The apartment were we stayed is more suitable to 2 people , it says 3 but the sofa is very small just a small child can sleep comfortably. Very good location if your arriving by train or sky bus. Clean and cosy

This apartment is exactly how it's described in the listing. Once I figured out how to turn on the heater in the evening my stay was even better. The apartment is across from the trains and trams and there is a grocery store across the street. When I stayed here the neighbors were very quiet and I tried to reciprocate.

The location is near to the city and also nesr to the public transport. It's perfect who not have a car. Also the unit is on (HIDDEN CONTENT) and it give you a panorama view of the city.
