1 minute walk to Bartlett’s Beach, you can hear the waves from the doorstep. Enjoy this one bedroom apartment with separate entry from the main house. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchenette, you can drop your gear and head out to enjoy the surroundings. Popular Rainbow Beach is 800m walk along the beach. Located 5 minutes drive either side of Laurieton & Lake Cathie this little beach shack is the perfect place to chill & take in the salt air.

The space
Enjoy the guesthouse with separate entry to the main house.
Lounge/dining/Kitchenette with separate bedroom with Queen Bed & newly renovated bathroom all to yourself. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, sandwich press, induction stove hob, kettle & toaster.

Guest access
With separate entry to the main house, you can come & go as you please, street parking in a quiet street. Easy access to beach, cafes. Post office and milkbar/petrol station all within walking distance.

Other things to note
Amazing area to explore. Beaches, surf clubs, cafes, scenic walks and hikes, mountain bike riding tracks, climb North Brother Mountain.
BBQ facility area 1 min walk looking over the ocean. Tandom paragliding available (launch 1 min walk). Drive to the Hinterland to find waterfalls or head in to Port Macquarie (25min) to explore the shops in town.

Dog friendly house

We must be informed that a dog is part of the booking. Please do not bring your dog without approval.

Limit of one dog only.

We have a dog friendly fenced front yard, it is not 100% dog proof if your dog can jump high so caution is recommended. Your dog will need to be well trained and on a lead when outside the gated area.

We have one dog of our own, Marley, who will not be allowed in the fenced area, it is all yours.

Dog Rules:
Please ensure your dog is

* well groomed and clean on arrival
* if wet please ensure your dog is dry before entering the house, dog towels are provided. A tap and hose is available outside to wash sand or dirt off.
* has up to date vaccination, worming and flea treatment.
* had had nails trimmed to avoid scratching of floors & furniture
* poop bags are supplied, please pick up after your dog on our lawn and around the Bonny Hills area
* please keep dog out of bedroom and ensure they stay off bed and furniture.
* if going out without your dog, please leave the dog chained up outside. Feel free to let your host know as we can keep an eye out for your dog if we are home.
* additional cleaning fees can be charged should excessive pet hair, fleas or any evidence (including smell) of the pet is left behind after check out, including failure to pick up poop.
* you accept full responsibility for the dog and it’s actions.
