This Private Room is nestled in Nice 4 bedroom 2.5 Bath home with yard. All rooms are adjacent and upstairs. No pets, No Smoking , No Drugs, in a very clean neighborhood. Comfortable traditional Queen bed with microwave and mini fridge in the room for your convenience. No Guest use of the main refrigerator in the kitchen as this is the Hosts personal space.

Trash Cans are provided in each room. If you need to empty your room garbage can or need to get rid of more garbage than what your room garbage can will hold there are 2 outside garbage cans with green lids and one recycle can with a red lid on the left side of the house behind the the gate to the left of the house. Please do not use the kitchen garbage can for your extra waste as this is for kitchen waste only.
