This lovely two-bedroom, two bath condominium is in a quiet and peaceful location with a private balcony and great Aspen Mountain views. The condo is very spacious with an eclectic feel the moment you enter the front door. Brand new air conditioning installed to keep you nice and cool this summer.
Located on the quiet, east side of downtown Aspen you are only a few short blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and two blocks to the “core” of Aspen and the grocery store.

The space
This lovely two-bedroom, two bath condominium is in a quiet and peaceful location with a private balcony and great Aspen Mountain views. The condo is very spacious with an eclectic feel the moment you enter the front door. There is ample room to store your boots, skis, and gear with a built-in bench to assist you in changing from mountain wear to lounge wear. Other features include a full kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV’s, iPod docking stations, bikes racks and one designated off-street parking space. Brand new air conditioning installed to keep you nice and cool this summer. The condo can sleep up to six comfortably with a queen-sized bed in the master, and a queen and a double bed in the guest bedroom. The master bath features a separate water closet and a tiled stand up shower. Located on the east side of downtown Aspen you are only four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and two blocks to the “core” of Aspen and the grocery store.
