Redesigned clean look at this modest studio. Sofa bed for two additional (see photos).
The space can accommodate up to 4 guests. However, for maximum comfort 2 guests is the ideal number.

NO A/C but its cool and comfy all year round (during summer if you need A/C, please let us know few days prior to check-in date there is a fee of $50.00)). There is a heater for winter time..

Guests will have full use of the apartment, as well as building access. This includes coin laundry, elevator, and trash/recycle areas. All other questions we are available to assist via Airbnb message.
