This unique property is located in the best part of town! Huge Penthouse with marble floors, high ceilings, five bedrooms, 8 baths, swimming pool during summer months. It has everything you need! The property's kitchen, laundry room and game room has been completely remodeled in November 2022.

The space
Located right in front of the Lima Golf Club, our penthouse includes 5 bedrooms each with bathroom. As you enter, you will find the living room- a beautiful space adorned with choice paintings and gallery-style lighting. Mixing vintage and modern, floor-to-ceiling windows highlight Lima's natural beauty. Opposite the living room is the kitchen, which has been fully remodeled and re-designed. Comes with all appliances and a dedicated wine storage space. From the kitchen you will find the laundry room fully equipped with washer and dryer.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor all with bathrooms and an additional half bath for guests off of the main hallway. Upstairs you will find a living space with a window that faces the pool, a sliding door to the porch that has stairs to the top floor. The master bedroom and the biggest bedroom on the property are both on the second floor, with marble bathrooms and bath tubs.
On the top floor we have breathtaking views and additional living space.

The doorman will have the keys to the apartment when you arrive. Take the elevator to the 22nd floor. When you leave the apartment at the end of your stay to get to the airport you MUST LEAVE ALL KEYS AT THE PREMISES! DO NOT GIVE ANY KEYS TO THE DOORMAN. We only ask you to leave all keys inside the apartment at the kitchen table and close the door. If you give the key to other people or to the doorman we will need to charge you $100 dollars fee for a replacement since the doorman is not allowed to get our keys.
Please take proper note of this.

Other things to note
The elevators go past everyone's front doors. Please watch your volume as you are in the elevator and please do not give your keys to the doorman at the end of your stay. Leave them on the kitchen table.
