1 bedroom w/ queen bed. Nice comfortable & oversized sectional Couch. Wifi & Smart TV. Tap water is very good here.

The space
This space is essentially an apartment using the lower level of our home, with a walk-out patio and lawn. The retreat is the exclusive space of our guests, and is separate from the main house with it's own entry door.

We have "Toboggan UP Lodge" next door, a 3 Bedroom house rental, under listing..... https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1453936871048213157?viralityEntryPoint=1&s=76 ..... in case more room is needed nearby. See calendar for availability. :)

Guest access
Direct access up 9 steps to the retreat from the guest parking space (on concrete driveway, partly covered) with keycode door access. Driveway is shared with house garage. Rock/stone driveway may be difficult in winter snow conditions without 4x4.
