Our secret spot! Beautifully maintained and cared for cottage on a crystal clear lake in the mountains. We keep our cottage in excellent condition. We have extra sets of all bedding for your comfort. Everything is ready for you including linens, towels, kayaks, life preservers, and selection of kitchen supplies.

The space
Beautiful, well-kept cottage on a crystal clear lake with a sand/clay bottom. No shale, no zebra mussels! Graded, shallow entry perfect for small children and older adults. Just wade in!

Very private and quiet! Open floor plan, can hold 16 guests.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds. One bunk bed has two twin mattresses and the second bunk bed as 1 twin and 1 full mattress.
Bedroom #3 is a detached bunk house with three twin beds and a full bed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, docks and boats. Life preservers and firewood are provided. Please be kind to the neighbors and park only in the driveway. The driveway is a drive-in Access (not round about) and can fit 3 cars. Possibly to fit up to 4-5 compact cars.
There are two kayaks and one canoe with paddles to use. There is an outdoor gas grill with a propane tank. You are sure to enjoy the summer nights out by the lake!

Other things to note
Lake Demmon is perfect for families! We love how clean and weed free the lake is and it’s soft, sand/clay lake bottom. We never have to worry about the kids feet! This is a fresh water lake and our main water source for drinking. There is great fishing on the lake also! The lake community is unique, quiet, and friendly. There is a campground store to get supplies and they even serve meals and fish fries on Friday’s.
