Swimming pool/Beach/Restaurants property with private rooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower heater. Each room has its own key and separate entrance. This one in particular has a queen bed, A/C, TV, WiFi; NO KITCHEN. Guests can bring their own cooler. There is a microwave located in a common area. There is a swimming pool in the facilities. This pool is not private to a room. Parking is available within the facilities.

The space
The property is located in an excellent location. Facing the sea (across the main street. Highway 441, Playa Guaniquilla, Aguada. On each side, we have restaurants open for lunch and dinner. There are 5 rooms for rent, all are private and independent. There is a swimming pool which is for the exclusive use of guests. There are areas to be outside the room, such as a patio and green areas.

Guest access
The property has several places to be either around the pool, green areas, front patio, and across the street is the beach and ocean view. There is no access to the back of the lot, that is private property. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and you can walk along the side of the street enjoying the ocean view.

Other things to note
**The rooms do not have a kitchen/fridge. The guest usually bring their beach cooler. Yes there is microwave and coffee maker, in a designated area for service to all guests.

**The main gate is usually open during the day. Already at night it closes. Of going out or getting to make sure to close it, for safety. It opens manually.
