Our Guest House is surrounded by nature in a local Tico ( Costa Rican) neighborhood.

All rooms are airy with lots of natural light, spacious and each room has large windows with nature/garden views.

We are at the end of a quiet street with no traffic, noise, or dust. We have no construction sites around or close by.

Our WIFI covers the entire property, is fast (~100Mgbs) and reliable.

We have four private rooms at the Guest House. All with private bathroom.
Room 1: double bed.
Room 2: double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette.
Room 3: queen bed.
Room 4: 4 single beds.

We have comfortable indoor and outdoor areas: outdoor swimming pool, large wooden deck, big garden, shared full kitchen with dinning table, and billiards and foosball table .

Here you pay local prices, enjoy local food and hospitality and are just minutes away from one of the best surf beaches in the world.
Because of our privilege location we have no construction site around or close by. Making it the perfect place to relax and re charge so you can enjoy the beaches, waves and other activities just minutes away.

We are located:
- a quick 10 min drive to Playa Pelada (Pelada beach), amazing sunsets and walks. Local hang out and good food options by the beach
- Only 12 min drive to Playa Guiones, great surfing beach and town visited by people from all over the world. Offering lots of food, shop and activities options. Where you find many Yoga and surf instructions and other activities.
- The local airport (NOB) is just 5 min away.
- Local shops , supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes walk/drive away.
