This home is perfect for unwinding after exploring local beaches, wineries, shops, and eateries. Nestled in Hampton Bays, it offers a blend of relaxation and exploration. Take a dip in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, gather around the fire pit, and grill in the spacious yard.

The space
Step into a light and airy open-concept home designed for seamless living. Inside, enjoy stylish furnishings, smart appliances (including in-unit laundry), and a kitchen island perfect for casual bites or evening cocktails. Gather around the breakfast nook (seats 4) or the dining table (seats 6). Relax in the living room with plush seating including a leather sofa and two double-wide armchairs.

Work & Play: Stay connected with a dedicated WFH setup including a writing desk, monitor, and headphones. Enjoy Sonos throughout and stream your favorites on the 65” TV.

The Ultimate Backyard Oasis: Your living space expands exponentially outdoors! Discover a bluestone patio and sprawling lawn featuring dining for 8, multiple lounge areas with umbrellas (4 chaises!), a propane grill, cornhole, and even an outdoor movie setup. Take a dip in the seasonal pool (heated option available for a fee), unwind by the fire pit, or rinse off in the heated outdoor shower. Pool/beach towels, toys, floats, and puddle jumpers provided!

Rest & Recharge: Two beautifully appointed bathrooms await, each with a rain shower, and one boasting a deep soaking tub. Fresh bath towels are provided.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:
- Ground Floor Main: Queen bed, armoire closet.
- Ground Floor Second: Twin bunk bed with trundle, armoire closet. Black out shades.
- Upstairs Loft (Open to below): Queen bed, twin futon, chest of drawers, luggage rack, hooks.
Extra linens and pillows are available in each bedroom.

The plenty of space for 4 cars to park on driveway. The front door key code for house access will be provided prior to check-in, and will be used throughout your stay. The detailed home handbook & area guide will be sent prior to arrival, so please read and send questions our way!

We've filled our home with thoughtful touches to make it feel like your home away from home. You'll find our family's everyday essentials, like basic baking items and non-perishables, available for your use in the kitchen.

Happy Pets Welcome! We are a pet-friendly property (fee of $200 per pet, per stay). Please include your dog's size, age, and breed in your reservation request. We provide dog bowls, toys, a crate, poop bags (please use in the fenced yard), and a cozy dog bed to make your furry friend feel at ease.

Fun for Everyone: For playtime, you'll find a great selection of board games, car/truck toys, Legos, books, and indoor/outdoor balls to keep everyone entertained.

All the Essentials Provided: Enjoy an abundance of fresh towels, sheets, bedding, pillows, and basic toiletries during your stay.

Bringing Outside Vendors? Please provide us with details about any planned vendors (e.g., private chef) for review. Approved vendors will need to provide a certificate of insurance.

Important Notes: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited. For security, the exterior of the property is monitored by video cameras.

Local Tips: Need beach gear or recommendations? Just ask! Daily beach parking passes (required at town beaches between MDW and Labor Day) can be purchased at the beach entrances (prices vary). Our nearest ocean beach, Ponquogue, is a 3 min drive, and a bay beach is within easy walking distance.

Neighbourhood highlights

Cute and unpretentious hamlet and residential neighborhood. Some of the best restaurants of the Hamptons are just around the block from the home (Cowfish & Rumba!). The Hamlet is within walking distance and perfect for breakfast bites, açaí bowls, and coffee.

Get the best of everything including access to north fork and south fork, wineries, quaint towns like Westhampton Beach, Quogue, Southampton Village, Sag Harbor, Watermill, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Amagansett through Montauk Point.

Our property is on a quarter acre lot, flanked with fences and homes on either side. In the summer, you will hear landscapers (which also visit our property along with pool service).
