Exclusive vacation apartment for your rest, fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 air conditioners, and fans. Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools and common areas to enjoy as a couple or as a family.

Our guests have access to the Club House, which has 2 social lounges, a SPA room, a games room, a gym, and a 5-a-side soccer field, as well as 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 swimming pools for children. Our social areas also have a BBQ area for family barbecues.

Other things to note
Enter the lobby through the pedestrian entrance, where each guest must register with physical identification and purchase a wristband for $2,000. This will allow them to use and move around the Club House, as well as enter and leave the condominium.

Guests under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

We offer body towels. In case of damage or loss, the guest will be charged $40,000 per unit.

The guest can book and make use of the BBQ located in the common areas of the condominium. It costs $30,000 for cleaning service, which must be paid in advance at the administration desk at the front desk.
If the BBQ is returned in the same clean condition as received, this payment will not be charged.

Deposit the garbage and solid waste generated during your stay in the respective bins and containers such as the garbage Shut, which is located on the left side of the vehicle entrance.

No parties in the apartment and no loud noise after 10:00 PM.

Bringing and using all types of weapons in the condominium and apartment is prohibited.

Additional guest per night $60,000 (maximum capacity 6 guests).
