This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Lovely 2 bed apartment in the heart of Napier city. This is a comfortable warm apartment right in the middle of town.

The location is very central and handy to everything Napier has to offer. It is an open plan living style and is surrounded with eateries and backs on to a supermarket.

Apartment size is 66m².

The space
Freshly renovated open-plan living with 2 good-sized bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with 2 King Single beds.

Guest access
There is one off-street carpark then paid street parking. There is a supermarket carpark right next door but beware of parking limitations there.

Please note: the off-street carpark fits a hatchback sized car easily, but if you have an SUV (or equivalent large car) it will overhang onto the footpath (which is fine by us but letting you know in case). To be precise: the size of the park is 4.4m (L) x 3.1m (W).

Also note: there is a security camera operating outside the front door.

Other things to note
It is located above an office on a busy corner with traffic lights. Although busy, once inside it is relatively quiet but you do hear the hum of the city.

Please note that we (team Amberley) and our cleaners are all fully-vaccinated from Covid-19.
