This cozy unit punches above its weight boasting stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, and vaulted ceilings with a loft for the kids. Where you’ll be

Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada

The Dockhouse is located on the east side of Osoyoos in Paradise Park on Solana Bay. The bay is sheltered from the wind which makes mooring a boat or paddling safer and easier. The bay is a no wake zone but there is easy access to the main lake. Paradise Park is an RV Resort housing everyone from year round residents to short term rentals like the Dockhouse. There are common use areas like the pool, a large shared patio, washrooms, showers, laundry, common room and of course the private beach, playground and dock. Nearby restaurants include fast food like Quizno's and DQ, a bakery, Vietnamese Pho restaurant, Junction 3 coffeehouse, the Sage Pub, and the infamous Campo Marina. There are wineries within walking distance such as Adega on 45th and Lakeside Cellars as well as Tumbleweed Distillery. The most popular attraction in Osoyoos, Rattlesnake Canyon, is also nearby. All of the aforementioned amenities are within a few blocks of the Dockhouse.

I am a pilot with Air Canada, co-owner of Wakepilot, and am very involved in the tourism industry in Osoyoos serving on the Board of Destination Osoyoos and Airport Committee. My wife is a Constable with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and co-owner of Wakepilot, a watersports rental and charter company with three locations in Osoyoos. We love Osoyoos for the friendly people, fantastic weather, local wineries, dining, golf, and of course - the warmest lake in Canada. We travel extensively, snowboard in the winter, and spend most of our time in the summer at our lakefront property with friends.
