A recently developed, one-bedroom annex, with its own private courtyard garden, set in woodland with plenty of off-road parking. It's just a 2-minute drive from the village of Hatfield Heath, 15 minutes from Stansted Airport and is an easy commute into London via Harlow station.

The space
The main living space, which has the dining and lounge areas, has double height ceiling and painted beams. SKY tv is available including sports and films. The master bedroom, with ensuite, has a king size bed and access to the private garden area with its own seating and eating areas. The kitchen includes an induction hob and oven with grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a built-in fridge/freezer and washer dryer machine. A separate toilet and shower room is available off the main living space. There is a work desk and chair available in the main space.

Guest access
Situated in the main courtyard, there are three shallow steps leading up to the front door. There is one step down from the double doors in the bedroom into the private garden.
