Guest access
You have full access to the entire house, which includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room on the main floor. The basement offers two additional rooms and a bathroom. Each room is furnished with a queen bed featuring a 14-inch thick comfortable mattress. Please note that the basement has a lower ceiling, with a height of approximately six feet in some areas.

This newly built home features heated floors and boasts over 400 feet of river frontage.

You also have access to kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
A camera has been installed outside the house for your security. It monitors the main entrance and parking lot, allowing us to be notified when a car arrives in the driveway.
