Please note this is an old building and there is no elevator so you'll have some steps to climb since it's on the last floor

The space
The apartment is like an Oasis in the center of the city. located on the main shopping street: `Alte Schönhauserstrasse`- the apartment is in the side wing extended over 2 floors- connected with an open stairway. The sleeping rooms are on separate floors and leave privacy for 4-5 people. Place to meet is either the open kitchen in the lower part - or the light and sunny living room with a huge sofa corner right opposite the small balcony with a wide view to the open sky.
An integrated desk area also give you a nice space if you need to do some work- and not only come for vacation.
The apartment is perfectly separated into relaxing and working areas - and can even be used for different needs.
Because it's an old building, it doesn't have an elevator so please be aware you will have to climb 4 floors !

Other things to note
Located on Alte Schönhauser Strasse you are already on the main shopping road. You should not miss the small side streets - like Linienstrasse or Mulackstrasse, with boutiques like starstyling, Vivienne Vestwood and the concept store Baerck with not just fashion but a nice selection of interiors and products. Many other fashion stores like Acne and lala Berlin are right on the street or around the corner.
Bars, coffee places- like Oliv on Münzstrasse you will not miss.
As well as a huge Supermarket and a Bio Company Store, and nicest bakery ever is right down the street.
The streets are full with shops brimming with the latest Berlin trends and hidden little gems.
The area around Hackescher Markt offers a lot to you even if you come for a short stay. Shopping ranges from the Big Brands to smaller labels.

All the famous museums on Museumsinsel are in walking/biking distance, public transport is only minutes away from the place.
