" Rose" 150 m² ( 10 person max) apartment with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Terrace, southern exposure, minimum 8h of sun in winter, 180 degree view on the valley.
10 minutes walk from the resort center, ski return possible, parking in front of the chalet, bus stop at 50m, sport shop partnership, individual ski locker and ski boots dryer
The space
with a traditional wood and stone architecture, you are welcome in the triplex apartment "La Rose" located in the family chalet.
The fully equipped kitchen is open on the living room. Composed with a fireplace and sofas, the bright living room is facing south and is overlooking the terrace and the garden. Large windows offers a clear view on the entire valley of the Tarentaise and Mont Pourri.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds. There are 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), 2 toilets.
Individual ski closet, ski boots dryer.
Private parking in front of the chalet.
Guest access
You have access to common areas constituted of :
- The lounge: you will find in this cozy room board games, toys for the kids, books and a wood stove.
- The ski room: Crossing the lounge, you access the ski room with automatic shoe dryer that starts every night. You can store your bikes, sledges in this room. The individual sleds are in self-service. For each apartment, we put at your disposal individual closets in the ski room.
- The laundry room: The laundry room consist of a self-service washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The garden: In winter, there is a great area for sledding, build snowmen and igloos in front of the chalet. In the summer, you have access to a, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Our services:
- The rent of sheets are included in the AirBnB booking.
Pillowcases, bath mats and mattress covers are changed for your arrival.
- On reservation, we lend baby beds, high chairs .
- Raclette, fondue and pancake materials are available for each apartment.
Domestic animal :
We accept small animal (just one) on the condition that they do not stay alone during the day: it costs 50 € per week.
Car parking :
You can park for free in front of Les Charmettes chalet.
We offer additional covered car parks:
• In individual garage in front of Chalet Les Charmettes: 40 € / week.
Ski in – Ski out:
Depending on the snow conditions, you can come back from the slopes to the chalet by skiing. The free shuttle to reach the slopes of La Rosière and Eucherts stops 50 meters on the left of the chalet. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes and goes the resort centers in less than 10 minutes.
Access to hiking trails:
The proximity of the resort center allows you to walk all week. The location of the chalet in the old village gives direct access to the departures of hiking trails.

- Sports shop: We are partners with Colette Sport, you benefit preferential rates for the rental of ski equipment (up to 25% discount when booking). We offer the delivery service from the store to the chalet on weekends.

It is possible to extend your stay according to the availability of the apartments: We invite you to contact us via AirBnb messaging.
The day of your departure:
Please check out before 9 am. The apartment is found clean; it must be let the same. For cleaning before departure, we leave available on the stairs a box with cleaning products. We propose a cleaning service at the end of the week: 180 €. Thank you to let us know at least two days before your departure.
