Caramel Cottage is a beautifully refurbished spacious 3 bedroom cottage on The Bay village near Filey on the stunning Yorkshire Coast.

Kitchen, dining area, & separate living room with log-burner & large smart TV. Downstairs wc, bifolds and patio doors onto the wrap around patio.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Twin room, double room, family bathroom & amazing main bedroom with large ensuite walk-in shower.

Wrap around lawns in a private location on The Bay. Parking outside. Free wifi

The space
Caramel Cottage offers plenty of space for a family of 6 plus infant in a quiet location on the Bay with a large open garden (not fenced) and patios to the side and rear.

There’s a living room with a large smart tv, workspace and log burning fire, and bifold doors out to the patio.

The kitchen has a tall fridge and separate freezer so no problem fitting all your food and drink. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine too.

Dining space with table for 6 plus extra bench seating.

Downstairs wc off the hall.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There’s a family bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath.

Twin room with TV and clothes storage and sea view in the distance.

Double bedroom with large wardrobe.

Finally a stunning kingsize main bedroom with large TV, clothes storage, sea view, and a large en-suite wetroom with spacious shower.

You can park just outside in the free communal parking bays.

You have free access to the pool, sauna, steam room and gym on site.

There’s a table tennis table, playground, Boules courts and football pitch all free to use.

There’s also a tennis court and activities which can be booked for a fee.

There’s a pub, cafe, shop, arcade too.

This property is on The Bay holiday village, on the Yorkshire coast near Filey.

The Bay is a unique holiday village with a mix of around 500 apartments, beach houses, meadow lodges and brick-built cottages. In the village centre you will find a leisure complex (free pool, sauna, steam room, gym), beauty room, tennis court, pharmacy, cafe/pizzeria (planned opening May 2022), John Paul Jones Pub serving meals all day, arcade/family entertainment centre, and shop. There is also a craft room, archery range, boules courts, lakes, and playground on the complex. Parking is free to guests, and some properties have a dedicated driveway.

Guests can walk safely down to the beach (footpaths only) from the accommodation, or drive to nearby beaches in Filey, Bridlington, Flamborough and Scarborough.

The Bay is very child and dog-friendly, with onsite reception, maintenance and security staff. All gardens are communal and open.

All guests must follow the site rules when on The Bay - anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

You are only a few miles drive (or a walk along the beach) from the traditional seaside town of Filey with its cafes, shops, promenade and parks for a family seaside holiday. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area too including Alpamare water park, Sewerby Hall and Zoo, Filey Animal Park, RSPB Bempton Cliffs, Scarborough, Bridlington, and lots more.

The Bay is a great base for exploring the area, or just for some R&R without having to leave the village. Supermarkets and local takeaways deliver to the Bay, making life easier too.
