This is a 1,200 sqft South facing garden suite sits directly on Trout Lake park.

Are you looking for the best of both worlds when you travel? A convenient urban and sightseeing experience, and the comforts of a relaxing home where you can chill out and decompress away from the crowds. Parents can relax on the back deck while the kids can play on the Trampoline/tree fort or hang out in the park. PLEASE NOTE the top two floors of the home are occupied.

The space
Situated directly on Trout Lake, you have the best of both worlds, a natural oasis within the city, while also being situated in the city centre, so as to have easy access to all that Vancouver has to offer.

This is a south-facing garden suite has a separate address. The south-facing garden level is your area with private entrance.

Here you can enjoy the birds, lake, picnicking, running path, or hop on to the city's bike path which is just stepping away from the back gate. Trout Lake is also home to Vancouver's largest off-leash dog park.

There is a full chefs gourmet gas range and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very large with full modern clawfoot tub and walk.-in shower.
The polished concrete floors are heated in the winter and cool in the summer.
The space is an open concept, which makes it perfect for families to open up the french doors, relax and celebrate being on holidays.
