This centrally located home offers it all. The house is 6bed | 4bath. Each room is rented individually. 3 of which have private ensuites. There is a gourmet kitchen, cozy wood burning fireplace, an acre of outdoor space including covered deck, paver patio, fire pit, BBQ, & multiple places to enjoy a good book or watch the latest episode of your favorite show. Recently renovated bathrooms & all the modern appliances you could need. This place offers value without sacrificing comfort & amenities.

The space
This listing is for a single bedroom within a house. The house is shared and others rent the remaining rooms and we actually reside in one of the rooms as well.

This bedroom is on the lower floor of the a split level home, so when you enter you will need to take stairs down which are wide and have handrails. There are about 5 steps. (See photos of Entry).

Inside this room within your PRIVATE space you will have; a desk and chair (stand up desk option/counter high chair -- see photos), 32" TV, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig machine and queen size bed.

This room does use a SHARED bathroom located upstairs, but it is shared with 2 other bedroom/other guests.

Guest access
On top of your private room and space which includes; a desk and chair (stand up desk option/counter high chair -- see photos), 32" TV, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig machine and queen size bed.

You are also permitted to use the full kitchen, patio out front, back covered deck off the dining room upstairs, either dining table upstairs or downstairs and either of the living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The home does have a laundry room as well for guests to use, this is first come first serve, but we ask that you are prompt when doing your laundry, do not leave the laundry unattended so that it is available for other guests to use as needed.

During your stay
Most of the time one of the owners (Paul or Mandie) is on site and available for anyone as needed, but will absolutely respect and not be overstepping boundaries for those guests who prefer privacy and solitude. You set the tone and we will follow ;) In the event we aren't there in person, it's because we are vacationing out of town and our sister is available for any questions who lives only 15 minutes away.

We are located in the Barberton | Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, WA. This is is a prime location in that it is very close to both I-5 and 205. There is lots of conveniences for shopping, near a large hosptial (Legacy Salmon Creek), and 10-15 mintues from downtown Vancouver and/or downtown Portland, OR.
