Cozy, clean eff / Studio apt. pvt bath. Pvt drive, sidewalk, pvt fenced entrance & courtyard. Queen bed 12" memory foam (protected mattress), small frige freezer, full power microwave, 60" smart tv, internet - fiber optics hardline, Euro recliner stool. Pvt home w/attached Apt (double walled & insulated). Nestled in quiet, friendly, Deed Restricted Safe neighborhood on Cul-de-sac, walk jog anytime. Close to All. Nine min to beach. Lock code provided after ID verified on-site.

The space
One large room separate entrance. Own full bath, no tub. Alcove kitchenette table chairs frige freezer microwave coffee pot, toaster, iron, + items upon request. Like a private hotel room with blackout shades. Courtyard - gas grill w/1 burner, privacy fenced, table chairs, sun shade, bench w/table.... Please let me know how to make your stay nicer!? Your private courtyard, on longer stays, will, from time to time, be accessed only for maintenance or trash.

Lock code provided after ID verified onsite. Contact directly plz. Neighborhood is quiet & friendly, sidewalks, underground utilities, lights. Close by we have bus, taxi, Uber, rental cars. Central west FL - close to: main Rd's, many attractions, activities, beaches, restaurants, shopping, museums, art, nature, parks, festivals, etc... Guidebook suggestions in apt - cruises, fishing, sports, nightlife, boating, golf, kayaking, jet ski, wildlife, bicycling, art & museums, fine dining, concerts, performing arts, & So much more! Smart tv - dedicated fiber optics hard line that's fast & dependable.

Main house has dogs, and I'll try to keep them quiet. Please text or call me if you need anything; clean linens, trash removal, some additional items stored & available upon request. Guest private Courtyard does not have grass. Hope you like Oak leaves, etc. At times during year this could mean raining acorns or more leaves than usual. ID verification required before checkin. ashtray. Blackout shades & more.

Consideration given for 3-6-12 mo stay. Pets - need owner chat with Connie, it's the parents not the babies. Contact directly.
