Book Winnipeg’s largest and most luxurious condo on the market! This condo is located in a safe Winnipeg area and is close to tons of amenities (shopping, grocery, restaurants) the location feels private and serene. Surrounded by local cafe’s, breweries, restaurants.

Take a walk down to the river path! Very peaceful and scenic.

If you’re staying with us for a while, there are beautiful walking paths along the river and parks nearby. Hair salons around the corner, fantastic local gyms.

This suite is a spacious 2400 sq ft., has high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The bedrooms are all relatively separated giving a private feel. This gives privacy if travelling with colleagues, friends or family. The master bedroom is equipped with a cozy king bed, HD TV, walk in closet and large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spa like featuring a large tiled shower, soaker tub, dual sinks, make up counter. Really this bathroom is the size of a nice New York apartment....definitely a luxurious feel!

The second bedroom is down the hallway and located across from a full bathroom (dual sink and full bath). The second bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed, large closet and HD TV.

In the dining you’ll find a beautiful table that has plenty of seating. This is great for families that are travelling together and want to prep meals at their temporary home.

For our guests intending to buckle down and get some work done. We have you covered. A dedicated work space with a desk and a chair. We realize during the pandemic that people are working from home. With the high speed wi-fi and dedicated working space; you’ll be able to focus fully.

The west facing windows in the main living area allow for natural light to fill the space. However, for sensitive sleepers there are blinds located on all windows within the loft. There is en-suite laundry included, hairdryers, Keurig coffee machine with pods, high speed Wi-Fi, Netflix & tea. The kitchen is great to cook in and allows for ease when prepping meals.
