Kayaking, Fishing, and Horseback Riding. Located minutes from excellent Golf Courses and the towns of Montague, Georgetown and Cardigan for all your amenities. A short 30 minutes drive to PEI’s capital city, Charlottetown.

The space
Picturesque and private in a quiet, friendly, small neighbourhood. The property offers right-of-way access to the shoreline with stairs and a red sandy beach. Water access is perfect for family fun, boating, clam digging and walks while enjoying the sunset and sunrises. This property is situated along the East Coast side of Prince Edward Island and is a short drive to all amenities. The location offers easy accessibility to the Brudenell Golf Course, Georgetown’s Harbour, Singing Sands Beach and so so so much more.

Guest access
A safe place for walks and biking adventures. Access to the Confederation Trail is just up the road and offers visitors a groomed trail system that spans the entire province! Wonderful for walking and biking!

Other things to note
On cold nights we have a pellet stove to heat up the cabin.
