Luxurious and innovative apartment on the first floor of a semi-detached house with separate entrances. It is a 5 minutes walk from both the sea and the promanade of Lido di Camaiore.
Amenities, design and the strategic position are the real strong points.
The apartment has a large open area where you can eat or having aperitifs. There are 3 car places inside, a small house in the garden and two bicycles.

Neighbourhood highlights

Lido di Camaiore is located in the heart of Versilia and it is a district of the town of Camaiore. The city is not so large in fact you can move very comfortably on foot or by bike. During the summer it is not advisable to move with the car due to the traffic and the high difficulty in finding parking (quite expensive among other things!). The neighborhood where the apartment is located is quiet and private, ideal for couples and families.

Traveling, exploring, and connecting with new cultures are my biggest passions. For this reason, I spent the fall/winter of 2025 in Asia, traveling alone as a backpacker between South Korea and Japan. And that's not all: destinations for 2026 include Vietnam and Thailand!
