The backyard has 3 terraces;
- one with gazebo, table and chairs.
- one with a barbecue, sofas and tables.
- the 3rd at the back of the yard with its HOT TUB PAVILION which is entirely reserved for you and available year-round.

You have a parking space in the entrance.

It is possible to walk or cycle to take a pleasant stroll
in our neighborhood. There is a nice park on the waterfront 5 minutes from the house.
A bike path runs through it. On one side it will take you to the heart of old Terrebonne and its famous Îles des Moulins. And on the other, it runs along the Thousand Islands River.
To go shopping or to go to the shopping center it is better to take the car (about 10 minutes)

Other things to note
We have a cat at home.
However, it does not have access to your studio.

No smoking in the house and spa pavilion.
