I am usually traveling in some other city but will respond via text or Airbnb app.

To protect my valuables at the apartment, there may be a security camera on premises that may or may not be actively recording.

The space
Located in a part of the east village that retains a bit of an edge, you will love exploring the culture that made this part I'd town the refuge for creatives. When you are in the apartment, treat it like home and have fun talking to the hosts.

Bedroom + common areas.

The rooftop is unlocked and accessible to guests at anytime. Laundry is available in the basement though Hercules laundry cards.

Other things to note
Located next door to an M9 pickup and about a 10 minute walk to the F, J, 6, or L trains for getting around fairly easily to anywhere in Manhattan.
